Dundee REIT Q3 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) -
Dundee REIT (D_U.TO) reported third quarter funds from operations was C$16.2 million or C$0.74 per unit, compared to C$15.8 million or C$0.75 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Adjusted funds from operations for the quarter was C$11.7 million or C$0.54 per unit, compared to C$10.7 million or C$0.50 per unit in the prior year quarter.
Rental property revenues for the quarter rose to C$47.7 million from C$46.3 million in the last year quarter.
