(RTTNews) -  Following the release of the US Commerce Department report on factory goods orders for September at 10:00 am ET, the US dollar was little changed against its major counterparts. Currently, the greenback is quoted at 1.6334 against the pound, 1.0312 versus the Swiss franc and 1.4667 against the euro.
