Gerresheimer AG (GRRMF.PK,GXI.DE), a German provider of medical packaging products, said on Friday that it has appointed Wolf Lehmann as Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 1.
He will succeed Bernd Metzner, who will leave the company at his own request on August 31, to pursue a new opportunity.
Lehmann was most recently Operating Partner at private equity firm, Triton.
Citing this management change, Gerresheimer noted that it will postpone the capital markets day originally scheduled for October 15, to a later date.
